SAXTHORPE, a village 15 miles N. by W. of Norwich, and 5 miles N.W. of Aylsham. The parish comprises 2073 acres, and contained in 1841, 342 inhabitants; its present residents are:-

	Goldsmith John B.           grocer and draper
	Hase      Thomas            smith and founder
	Pegg      Philip            grocer, stationer and druggist
