There are two indexes to the 1891 census.

1891 Census in Booklet Form

This index has been produced by Trevor Read, of 1 Chester Close, Greenham, Newbury, Berkshire, RG14 7RR, England.

Norwich was divided into 15 areas for the census enumeration, each containing about 6000 people. Mr Read has indexed 12 of these areas. Each index gives surnames, forenames and ages, and the reference for you to then get the full details from the census itself.
